The daily tariff is AUD $130.00 per night for double occupancy; AUD $115.00 single occupancy, includes breakfast. Extra person per night add AUD $35.00. Sleeps 4. A 2 night minimum stay applies.

The 'Straddie' special breakfast basket can be ordered each morning. This includes cereal, yoghurt, tropical fruits, quality teas/coffee, milk, juice, bread and homemade jams. The weekly tariff (6 nights) is AUD $550.00 for double occupancy; AUD $475.00 for single occupancy - self catering (no breakfast), with weekly linen and room service included.

Corporate stays are welcome.

Make your reservation by completing the dates you would like in the calendar. Please note that this does not constitute a confirmed booking, only tentative at this stage. You will receive an email indicating your intention to stay, the dates applicable and how to make a deposit. You will receive an email confirmation of your dates once a deposit has been made.

1. Please note that a deposit of ⅓ of total payment is required at the time of booking. If this has not been paid within 24 hours of your booking, your time preference may be reallocated.
2. Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am. Late check-outs will be accommodated where possible, in which case please ensure you secure the time you will be leaving in advance.
3. Rates include linen, towels and toiletries.
4. Burning candles and incense in the House is not permitted as this is a fire hazard and can cause damage to furnishings and fixtures.
5. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted indoors.
6. Pets are not permitted.
7. Your booking is for the number of people specified at the time of booking.
8. Damage to the property or excessive untidiness may have to be paid for.
9. We request you to respect our neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. Disorderly behaviour may result in the termination of your stay with no refund.
10. Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel up to two weeks (14 days) before your booking.
11. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your reserved date, we will endeavour to reallocate your booking. If we are successful, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus 10% booking fee.
12. Full price of booking will be charged for 'no show'.
